Prestige Organic Ultra Premium is an award-winning, single variety, extra virgin olive oil with high polyphenols and certified with a health claim (EU health claim 432/2012), has a unique golden green color and offers a balance of bittersweet taste that lasts. Its fruity aroma and low acidity (just 0.4%) make it ideal for the most demanding palates. On the nose we detect 'green' aromas of freshly cut grass, olive leaves & banana. The fruity, bitter & spicy coexist in exquisite harmony. The palate is dominated by notes of tomato leaf, almond and green pepper that add a pleasant taste and freshness.

The harvest of our olives starts in mid-October, with absolute respect to nature and tradition. The famous Koroneiki variety, known for its rich aromas and high content of monounsaturated fats and polyphenols, requires special care to maintain its quality.

Collect the olives unripe (green), using only your hands. In this way, we avoid injury to the fruit and ensure its integrity. Hand-picking is a tradition we insist on maintaining, because we know that every detail counts. The olives are placed in special crates that allow the fruit to breathe and not be crushed. This careful handling ensures that each olive retains its excellent quality until the time of processing.

High Standards at Every Stage

Within 12 hours of harvesting, our fresh olives are transported to the two-phase ecological olive mill. This mill is certified to the international ISO 22000 standard for hygiene and food safety at every stage of production.
