Production process

The first preparation

The olives are carefully washed with potable water, removing any impurities and ensuring the absolute cleanliness of the fruit before oiling. Our care at this stage is critical to maintaining the quality and purity of the olive oil.

Mechanical processing without water

Η ελαιοποίηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μηχανικό τρόπο, χωρίς την προσθήκη νερού. Χρησιμοποιούμε την μέθοδο της ψυχρής έκθλιψης για να διασφαλίσουμε ότι το ελαιόλαδο διατηρεί όλα τα θρεπτικά συστατικά και τα πλούσια αρώματά του.

Finished Product
