Turkey leg marinated for 24 hours

INGREDIENTS

1 small turkey thigh
A few mixed green leaves
2 cloves of Garlic
1 fig dried or fresh
A few red grapes
4 cherry tomatoes
Capers
Parsley
2 mushrooms brown
Vegan mayonnaise
50 ml Ouzo
Organic Olive Oil Prestige
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper

EXECUTION

Turkey leg:
Start by marinating the turkey leg for 24 hours in a marinade of honey, rosemary and garlic. Then fry it lightly from all sides and place it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius conventional heating.

Mushrooms
Oil the mushrooms, add salt and pepper then put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Vinaigrette fig:
The vinaigrette for the salad starts with the oil and the fig. Fry the fig and boil it with minimal water until it turns to a sauce. Then, blend it with the olive oil, salt and honey.

Parsley oil
Whisk the parsley with olive oil & salt & pepper. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and remove when the parsley oil rises. Finally pass it through a sieve and serve.
